United target Balde and Camavinga as Madrid would welcome Mendy sale
Cadena SER reports Manchester United plans for Balde and Camavinga, while Madrid would welcome a Mendy sale. Here is what the €80m figure means.
Manchester United are reportedly preparing to shop in Barcelona and Madrid. Alejandro Balde and Eduardo Camavinga are the targets named by Cadena SER, while Madrid would apparently welcome the chance to sell Ferland Mendy too. The sellers have a shopping list of their own.
According to Pacojó Delgado, United are preparing bids of €30 million for Balde and €50 million for Camavinga towards the end of the window. He stressed that these were plans, not completed negotiations. His reporting was also carried by Defensa Central.
Barcelona could consider roughly €30–35 million for Balde, with the player’s agreement. SER Catalunya reporter Adrià Soldevila also disputed suggestions that Hansi Flick had told the defender to leave. Cadena SER.
SER’s latest update adds that Madrid would welcome selling Mendy alongside Camavinga. That describes Madrid’s reported preference, not a confirmed United plan to sign both Frenchmen. Cadena SER.
The €80 million figure therefore concerns two potential purchases, not Camavinga alone. These reports do not establish that any bids have been accepted. Madrid can suggest what goes in the basket; United and the players still get a say.
