Barça Wanted €65m for Ferran. the Price Is Already Shrinking
Barcelona have set a minimum asking price of €65 million for Ferran Torres, according to Diario SPORT. PSG consider that figure too high, particularly with the forward’s contract expiring in June 2027. Reports also claim that Ferran wants the move and has already reached an agreement on personal terms with the French champions.
The situation has moved on since SPORT’s report. Fabrizio Romano says Barcelona are expecting PSG’s opening official bid, while Santi Aouna reports that the clubs are nearing an agreement worth around €50 million. Nothing has been completed or officially announced yet.
Barça began with a firm €65 million demand. A few hours later, the figure being discussed was already €50 million. It is a familiar negotiating method: draw a line in the sand, then quietly move it before the other side has even taken off its shoes.
