Mbappé Backs Mourinho: “he Knows How to Win”
Kylian Mbappé is back at Valdebebas and has already made his feelings about Real Madrid’s new era very clear. The Frenchman strongly praised José Mourinho, stressing that Madrid now have a coach who knows how to guide a team towards winning. According to Mbappé, the players are happy to work with a manager who has a clear direction and knows exactly where he wants to take the team.
Mbappé also revealed that he spoke frequently with Mourinho during the World Cup. Now the expectations are simple: Real Madrid have to start winning trophies again. After a season without the major honours they wanted, the French forward believes the time has come to take another step forward and is convinced Madrid will return to winning ways this season.
A new chapter is beginning in Madrid, and Mourinho could hardly ask for a stronger public endorsement from one of his biggest stars. Mbappé is not talking about patience or excuses. The objective is the one Real Madrid have always been judged by: win. And preferably win everything available.
